His legal approach blends deep knowledge of the law with practical problem-solving and empathy for the people behind each case. Caperton is especially passionate about helping families protect their futures through wills and trusts, and guiding business owners through growth and legal complexity with confidence. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and is admitted to practice in Tennessee. His personal philosophy? Warren P. Campbell is an attorney with Rice, Caperton Rice, PLLC. He has over a decade of experience in a range of civil litigation. He represents a broad range of clients in matters including probate matters, estate planning, family law, complex tort litigation, environmental law, fraternal and non-profit organizations and personal injury. He has practiced in both Federal and State Courts in Tennessee. A native of Virginia, Warren made his way to Memphis to attend Rhodes College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While attending Rhodes, Warren was selected to complete a semester in Washington, D.C. where he attended Georgetown University and worked for a Washington based think tank.
